Dental Service Organizations Huddle

I can understand that the obvious attraction to selling to a Dental Support Organization is getting a piece of the larger pie. But that seems to be strictly for those that are selling the practice or maybe a handful of the main clinical providers. Do any of the big companies offer ownership or profit sharing to hygienists, DAs, front office staff, etc.?

Looking for some feedback and guidance on opportunities in the Dallas area. I’m working in a large private practice on the East Coast but moving soon (husband’s job). Any help is appreciated!

I'm a relatively new hygienist (4 years in practice) and have started to get messages from recruiters at large DSOs. I love my team and my patients at our private office but the offers seem great. Especially the opportunities for continuing education. Are they too good to be true? What may I miss if I decide to move on to a larger organization?
